Spring is here ... help with organization ...

... and who can't use some help in organization? First off, due to my lack of posting I have not made you aware enough of the great offer to help you move those digital prints off of your computer and into an album - Studio J $5 double layouts! This offer is only good until Monday, March 31st.  You can literally make a layout, using the brand new Express Collections, in less than 30 minutes! I made four (without journaling) in an hour with one collection - fast, easy and so simple!  I hope you can take advantage of this great special! Email me with any questions but it is FREE to try - no cost until you decide to purchase so get a few pictures selected and see what you can make with this easy tool!

As a special gift in March,  CTMH has some pretty circle tags that follow the chalkboard-trend to help decorate some of our jars in the kitchen - just the right pick-me-up ideas to motivate our spring cleaning! Click here to find the links for the download on my shopping website - hurry because the files will be available only through end of this month!

For my Cricut-happy friends here is a very useful link - all the digital handbooks of the Cricut cartridges!  I love the digital handbooks because then I can print out those pages in bigger print!

Then here is a link to the Close To My Heart Youtube channel.  They have videos that show you really quick how to add some new looks to you projects plus great how-to ideas for the newest Cricut cartridge, Artbooking.

Here's a couple just to get you going:

I hope one of these will be helpful to you and at the very least inspiring! Have a crafty day and enjoy the season!

Cloud Nine and my new look!

How do you like the new color scheme? It's a different look for me but I thought I'd give it a try!

Well, now that I am on a laptop I can post the Cloud Nine National Papercrafting Month video. This kit would provide a great jumpstart in making cards for telling those we love and appreciate how much they mean to us so if you would like to order it just let me know or order it online on my shopping website!

Making memories with you,

News before Thanksgiving

If for no other reason please let me say I am thankful for the pleasure of knowing you and pray your Thanksgiving celebration be filled with joy and peace.

There are 2 surprises at the end of this post, so I hope you will read on, ok?  I'll try to recap briefly some of the great specials that are going on...

The special Stamp of the Month for November, "Illuminate," is truly a beautiful stamp set with the different lamps and sayings, allowing for a lot of creative uses of the images and the wonderful sentiments. Don’t miss it as once this month is over it will not be offered!  It is available with a qualifying $50 purchase for just $5 (full retail price is $17.95).

Also don’t miss the special Holiday Gift Guide products and that you can get one free selected item with every $100 qualifying purchase. Here is one of my favorites—the “Hip Pics Album”

For just $12.95 you have a kraft covered album that holds 16 4x4 pictures and it includes an exclusive stamp set that can be used with the matching die cuts (included) .  This kit is a while supplies last—the album alone will be available in the upcoming Spring Summer 2014 Idea Book. You can reuse the stamp set and the extra die cuts in another album, such a great gift and deal!

Speaking of gifts, I hope you have noticed that we are offering a few new "DIY Craft Kits" for the crafters on your list. Let me showcase the "Base and Bling" wearable art that we have.  Yes, we have fabric that matches our papers, plus more bling (metal and more) to decorate with! Here's the YouTube link to a less than 2 minute video showing you more about this product line.

The second image is of our necklace kit - I've made it and it's fun, easy and fast to make and looks very nice! The other items we have are of décor items, one of which comes as a kit - the Designed Décor Frame Kit.  It might just be the right gift for that special someone!

That was pretty quick, right? Now for the surprises ....

• Surprise #1—Add your order to the November EZ Invite order on my website and for every $25  you order you will have your name input for a chance to be the mystery hostess of the month!  Go to the front page of my shopping website, scroll to the bottom right hand area, and click to join the November  Mystery Hostess Orders gathering. If you would rather let me place your order, just email me your product list and I will get you entered myself. The minimum winning amount will be a $10 gift certificate for any product in the catalog but it may be more depending on the total orders placed!

• Surprise #2—I have a PDF file of the special Holidays Card Workshop Guide for your use where you can recreate these two cards! It is designed specifically for use with some of the products currently in the Holiday Gift Guide, such as the Sparkle and Shine paper kit.  However, the card ideas and cutting guides can be used with any paper you have. It is an example of the way Close To My Heart prepares our Workshops on the Go, with cutting Guides and step-by-step instructions to create beautiful projects. Please contact me so I can email it to you and you can start using it!

If  you have any questions about it or any part of this email, I hope you will give me a call or send me an email. Have a blessed Thanksgiving!

Making memories with you,

Holiday Gift Guide now available with art to inspire!

You've got to see the beautiful designs that CTMH has gathered for this year's Christmas season in this little publication! Lots of inspiration and some very good deals!

Some fellow consultants have already been busy at work so I've copied some of their work where you can see some fabulous art and projects made with items from this catalog.

Let me know how you liked them!  For more art inspiration, here's a link to the most recent video in the current series using the newest CTMH Cricut Cartridge - "Artbooking."  If you want to get it then take advantage of this month's specials to get additional free products - call me!

Just one week left :-)

September is "National Stamping Month" and the opportunity to purchase this year's exclusive Trio of stamp sets named "You Are My Happy" is almost gone!

This is truly a great deal at $10 (retail value is $17.95 x 3 = $53.85) with your $50 purchase.  You will truly be able to call this one of your "go-to" stamp sets for cards, gifts, and photo projects!  Here are some images so you can see the many different looks you can create with these (they are from fellow CTMH consultants):

Here's a project using this set plus the great new "Framework" Alphabet and a Cricut cut for a wonderful school-themed embellishment:

-Isn't that too cute?!?!  You've probably seen the "chalkboard" technique - white ink on dark pages - and this looks really well together with these 2 alphas.  The Framework alphabet style is also used in some of our newer small stamp sets (p. 113 of the new book) that are $2.95 each like these:

Making memories with you,

Start the New Year with telling someone how special they are to you!

Those of us who make handmade cards many times do so, not because it's less expensive or faster, but because we want to show the recipient how special they are to us, giving them something we believe is extra special. Let's decide this new year 2013 that we should not wait to do that to all our loved ones, yes? We should never presume on God that we will have tomorrow, so live today the way He would have you to and express your love and gratitude to those that mean so much to you - I'm going to try, how about you?

I hope you know that the crafts I share with you, though they are for my business, is simply stuff that I enjoy doing and hope you do, too.  This month is designated by the powers that be to be National Papercrafting Month and
Close To My Heart's special is geared for Valentine's Day , and any other "love"-filled day!

"Whoo's Your Valentine" is a great kit, available through January 31st, for only $10 with a $35 order, while supplies last.  You get 12 die-cut boxes ready to be stamped and decorated, matching cardstock papers (including a sneak peek to our new 12x12 GILTTER papre!!) plus 12 treat tubes (also New Product!!)  to fill with whatever you choose!  At the end I've posted a video all about it. but here are some more samples and the complete kit contents (from a fellow consultant's blog):

Here's the cute and versatile stamp set that comes in the kit:

There's also this month's Stamp of the Month - a match for loving occasions, too -  called "Happy Valentine's" ... love the flourishes and the roses!

Both of these month's specials not only complement each other but one helps you get closer to the other one. By purchasing about $40 of any products from the current Idea Book you would qualify to get BOTH these specials for an additional $15 .... that would be $97 worth of products for just $55 - and some great products useful for so many occasions! I hope you can take advantage of this great sale - please contact me with any questions you may have... now here's the video I told you about...
